2020 Homestudy CE: Pharmacy Benchmarking and Productivity: Leveraging Data to Demonstrate Value

Requirements for CE Credit

To obtain CE credit for this activity, participants must watch the entire video of the webinar activity and complete the learning assessment post-test and the program evaluation. You will have two (2) opportunities to successully complete the post-test, and credit will be awarded for a minimum passing grade of 60%. Participants will receive CE credit within 60 days of completing the post-test and evaluation.  All CE credit will be administered through CPE Monitor. NABP e-profile ID and date-of-birth entry are mandatory for each participant.

Step 2:  Click on "Take the Test" to complete the post-test and evaluation.
Please Note: A handout is provided. Please print it out and follow along with the audio recording. The learning assessment questions are also available and included with the handout.


  • Discuss industry benchmarking standards and how pharmacy leaders must understand the development of these reports
  • Explain limitations and challenges to pharmacy productivity monitoring
  • Describe methods and metrics to assess pharmacy workload
  • Identify meaningful strategies for demonstrating overall effectiveness of pharmacy service
  • Recognize differences between internal versus external benchmarking
  • Describe the difference between pharmacy intensity score and case mix index.
