January 14, 2026 Antimicrobial Stewardship Forum (PHARMACISTS)


Premier's Antimicrobial Stewardship Forum will be held on January 14, 2026 from 12 - 1 pm EST. We are pleased to provide one (1) 60-minute knowledge-based, ACPE-accredited CE activity to pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

Requirements for CE Credit

  • Explain how the Prioritizing Equity in Antimicrobial Stewardship Efforts (EASE) Framework can be used to design, implement, and assess equity-focused interventions in their practice settings
